    Early morning welcome in Valgrisenche (1,600 m), the starting point of your trek. You begin with a gradual ascent through forests and open spaces , following the valley of the same name. Approximately 4 to 5 hours of effort will bring you to the Bezzi refuge (2,284 m), where you'll settle in before enjoying a hot lunch . The afternoon is dedicated to an acclimatization hike or a safety workshop to review the use of avalanche transceivers, shovels, and probes . Depending on conditions, the elevation gain may reach 700 to 900 meters . You'll end the day with a convivial dinner at the refuge , followed by a night at altitude .
