  1. Step 1: Take a TGV to Grenoble Station (approximately 3 hours from Paris Gare de Lyon, 1 hour 20 minutes from Lyon Part-Dieu).
  2. Step 2: From the Grenoble bus station (adjacent to the SNCF train station):
  3. Take the Cars Région T87 bus line (or T84 depending on the season) towards Vaujany.
  4. Bus journey time: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
  5. Price: approximately €6 to €12 for a single ticket.
  6. Taxi/VTC option: Allow approximately 1 hour 15 minutes of travel time from Grenoble train station (average fare between €110 and €160 depending on the time of day and season).

  1. From Lyon (approximately 2 hours - 150 km) :
  2. Take the A43 motorway to Bourgoin-Jallieu, then the A48 towards Grenoble.
  3. Join the N85 then the D1091 towards Bourg-d'Oisans.
  4. At the level of the Verney lake, take the D526 which goes up to Vaujany.
  5. From Paris (approximately 6 hours - 600 km) :
  6. Take the A6 motorway then the A46/A43 towards Grenoble.
  7. Continue on the D1091 towards Bourg-d'Oisans/L'Alpe d'Huez, then take the D526 towards Vaujany.
🅿️ Free parking on site: Vaujany has a large number of completely free covered and uncovered parking lots in the village (including the cable car parking lot and the Villette parking lots).
