Location: The comfortable "Terme" is a 3-star rural hotel located approximately 500 meters from the center of Bormio, at an altitude of approximately 1,225 meters above sea level. The ski area is accessible via the "Bormio 2000" ski lift, located 2.1 km away. The "Therme Bormio" thermal baths, situated approximately 550 meters away, offer a haven of relaxation and well-being. Ski buses stop approximately 50 meters from the hotel. Tirano train station is approximately 38 km away. The nearest shops are approximately 700 meters away, and the first cafes and restaurants are approximately 450 meters away. Amenities: This traditional hotel features a reception area, Wi-Fi throughout the property, and a bar. An outdoor terrace is also available. You can store your winter sports equipment in a heated and lockable ski/snowboard room equipped with a boot dryer. Once you arrive in Tirano, you can travel to Bormio:

  1. By bus: The local bus company Perego connects Tirano train station to Bormio bus station. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes and a ticket costs around €4-5. The hotel is then about a ten-minute walk or a short shuttle ride away.
  2. By taxi: From Tirano train station, the journey takes approximately 40 minutes and will cost you approximately between €70 and €90.

  1. From Paris (approximately 9 hours 45 minutes to 10 hours by car): Take the A6 motorway towards Switzerland. You will cross Switzerland (towards Basel and then Zurich) before heading back down towards Italy. Note: in winter, many Alpine passes (such as the famous Stelvio Pass) are closed to traffic. Access during the winter season is generally via the Munt La Schera road tunnel (towards Livigno) or from the south via the Valtellina (Tirano).
  2. From Milan (approximately 3 to 3.5 hours by road): Take the SS36 road towards Lecco, follow Lake Como to Colico, then take the SS38 national road (in the Valtellina Valley) which will take you directly to Bormio.
