Open Water courses on the Costa Brava in Tossa de Mar

This first session marks the start of the Open Water course . We will begin with a presentation of the dive center, the team, and the PADI instructors who will guide you throughout the training.

You will then learn about diving equipment and the basic rules for safe underwater navigation. After this introduction, the long-awaited moment will arrive: your first dive . Accompanied by your instructor, you will experience your first exercises and sensations underwater , in a safe environment adapted for beginners.

An ideal first dive to gain confidence, familiarize yourself with the equipment and discover the first sensations of scuba diving .

Today is the fullest and most intensive day of the Open Water course . We'll meet you at the dive center at 9:00 AM . The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk along the beach , making it easy to get there and enjoy the surroundings of Tossa de Mar.

The morning is devoted to two sessions in the water , with a short break in between to rest, have a snack and use the facilities if necessary.

After the morning sessions, we will take a lunch break to recover before continuing the training.

In the afternoon, we meet again at the center at 4pm for the third session in the water , to continue the exercises and gain confidence underwater with your PADI instructor.

A day full of learning and sensations, in the heart of the crystal-clear waters of the Costa Brava.

The last day of the course marks the completion of your Open Water training . Meet at the dive center at 9am for the final two dives in the sea .

Accompanied by your PADI instructor, you will apply all the skills learned during the course while fully enjoying the spectacular environment of Tossa de Mar and its crystal-clear waters.

The training ends around 2pm . After these last dives, you will obtain your internationally recognized Open Water certification , which will allow you to dive anywhere in the world up to a depth of 18 meters .
