First, the Brothers Islands , 60 km off the coast of Quseir, where you'll discover two shipwrecks: the wreck of the Numidia (1901), resting almost vertically, offers a breathtaking dive on a vibrant drop-off, and the wreck of the Aida 2 (1958), an Egyptian navy vessel near which it's not uncommon to encounter a thresher shark.

Then there's Daedalus Reef , 110 km off the coast, which boasts the greatest coral diversity in Egyptian waters . You'll almost certainly encounter hammerhead sharks, and a multitude of diverse pelagic fish will accompany you on your dives.
