Take the helm for a total immersion in the art of offshore sailing, departing from La Turballe . Aboard a First 405 , a sailboat renowned for its comfort and performance, you become the star of your own adventure. This intensive course, limited to just 5 participants , guarantees privileged and personalized learning in the heart of Quiberon Bay .

Your playground extends to the jewels of the Atlantic: Hoëdic, Houat, and Belle-Île . The program emphasizes mastery of nautical charts . You will learn to decipher SHOM charts, use the CRAS ruler , and the bearing compass to plot your course. From analyzing currents to navigating at night to identify lighthouses and beacons, every aspect of sailing will be covered.

You will actively participate in maneuvers and navigation planning based on the wind. For a complete experience, you will stay on board in a double cabin or saloon, with the option of arriving the day before. Sailing is something you fall into and you're hooked. For me, it was at the age of 7 when I went sailing for a few hours in Quimper. A crew member showed me how to coil the lines, and I've never forgotten the technique. That's how I explain my passion for the sea and sailing. I got back into sailing seriously in 2013 and launched my own business as a skipper, chartering sailboats in 2015. Since then, I've never been far from the docks, and I earned my BPJEPS Sailing Instructor certification in 2024 so I can run courses independently.

    Your adventure begins with a warm welcome aboard the boat, where you'll meet your crew and instructor during a friendly introduction. Together, you'll help provision the vessel and organize life on board before attending a comprehensive safety briefing. Once the basics are covered, you'll get to grips with the sailboat to understand its technical workings. The day continues with your first sailing lesson, an opportunity to trim the sails and experience the thrill of gliding across the water. This initial leg allows you to familiarize yourself with essential maneuvers while enjoying the marine environment.
