During this 5-day intensive course , you will progress rapidly through hands-on, immersive learning. Advanced maneuvers, fine-tuning sails, reading the wind and making decisions: each sailing session is designed to help you gain mastery and independence .

The playing field is as impressive as the experience: the Calanques of Cassis , the Frioul Islands , the Côte Bleue , with possible routes to Porquerolles , Cavalaire , or Saint-Tropez , depending on the weather conditions. An ideal area to experience different situations and consolidate your skills.

You'll be sailing aboard a Salona 45 , a high-performance and comfortable monohull with four spacious cabins , perfectly suited for both learning and enjoying the thrill of sailing. With a maximum of six trainees , the instruction is personalized , encouraging active participation: taking the helm, hoisting and trimming the sails, optimizing maneuvers, and feeling the power of the wind .
