    At 1:30 pm, you'll meet in Ascarat for a welcome coffee, check-in, and a pre-trip briefing. At 2:00 pm, you'll depart for a 50km bike ride with 900m of elevation gain. The route includes several sections with gradients exceeding 15%, so it's important to choose a suitable gear ratio. We recommend a setup with 36x52 chainrings at the front and an 11x34 cassette at the rear.

    You return to the estate around 5:30 pm. At 6:30 pm, you participate in a mechanics workshop led by Aymeric from the GIANT BAYONNE store to review the adjustments and maintenance of your bicycle. The day ends at 8 pm with a friendly meal.
