    Participants will be welcomed in the morning at the B'twin Village . A member of the Van Rysel team will provide a guided tour of the facilities and the world of Van Rysel . Lunch will be provided on-site. In the afternoon, participants will familiarize themselves with their bikes and make adjustments before setting off on a loop of approximately 100km towards Valenciennes , via Belgium. The route takes in the legendary climbs of Flanders : Paterberg, Vieux Kwaremont, and Koppenberg. A coffee break in a typical Flemish bar will punctuate this sporting ride. At the end of the day, transfers will take place in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux for dinner and an overnight stay at the Hôtel du Pasino .
