The routes suggested here are geared towards open and safe ski areas. If you wish to explore the winter mountain environment outside of these areas, we recommend going with a qualified mountain guide for snowshoeing excursions, or a ski instructor or mountain guide for off-piste skiing.

Hiking advice (weather, equipment) will be available. If you are concerned about hiking alone in the mountains, we recommend choosing guided outings led by mountain professionals. The two days of skiing may take place at Luz Ardiden, subject to the resort's opening conditions.
