    You'll be welcomed at 7:30 am with coffee to get acquainted and discuss your expectations. This informal time allows Lisa, your guide, to suggest a horse suited to your riding level.

    At 8 a.m., you prepare the horses together. Each horse has its own equipment, and Lisa guides you through the essential adjustments to ensure comfort and safety.

    Between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, the hike begins, preceded by a quick briefing on mountain riding. You'll first ride through a larch forest before reaching the Dévoluy alpine pastures. Up there, the view of the mountain range is breathtaking.

    Around 12:30, a well-deserved break in the Grand Vallon, a peaceful setting ideal for a 2 to 3 hour rest, for both humans and horses.

    The return journey is gentle, heading towards the Étroits gîte, nestled further down.

    Arrival at the refuge around 5:30-6:00 PM. After taking care of your mounts, Lisa teaches you how to massage and stretch your horse, a special moment that strengthens your bond with him.
