Two weeks in Marsa Alam allows you to discover the full diversity of the southern Red Sea. This package combines relaxing shore dives, magnificent house reefs, and exhilarating speedboat trips to some of the region's most famous dive sites.
From multicolored coral gardens and impressive reef formations to encounters with turtles, rays, and sometimes even dugongs, each dive reveals a different facet of this unique marine ecosystem. The mix of shore dives and boat trips ensures a varied program, while allowing you to dive at your own pace.
One of the highlights of your stay will be the day in the protected Wadi el Gemal National Park: its preserved reefs, crystal clear waters and the possibility of encountering dolphins will make this Red Sea experience unforgettable.

The expert's opinion
This program is designed for divers with some prior experience who want to explore a varied selection of dive sites. The week combines relaxed shore dives with speedboat trips to offshore reefs, house reefs, and a full-day excursion to Wadi el Gemal National Park. An Advanced Open Water certification is recommended but not required. Dive sites range from easy, shallow reefs to slightly more demanding sites with light currents, making this program ideal for divers who feel comfortable in the water and want to discover the diversity of Marsa Alam at a relaxed pace.

Mahmoud started diving in 2017 and became a Divemaster in 2019. Before focusing fully on guiding, he also worked as an underwater photographer, which helped him develop a sharp eye for marine life and small underwater details.
He is especially passionate about macro life and hammerhead sharks, and he loves helping guests discover the underwater world in an enjoyable and relaxed way. His favorite dive site is Marsa Samadai and Abu Dabab 5.
Sherif has been diving since 2017 and brings a calm and positive energy to every trip. In addition to scuba diving, he also enjoys kitesurfing and freediving, reflecting his strong connection to the ocean.
His favorite dive site is Ghota al Shalaniat, one of our beautiful spots in Wadi el Gemal National Park, known for its rich marine life and the great variety of underwater creatures that can be found there.
His favorite marine animals are hammerhead sharks, which he especially loves encountering on dives.

Your underwater adventure begins with relaxing shore dives, right from the beach. Easy entries provide the perfect starting point to stabilize and acclimatize, while exploring vibrant coral gardens and magnificent reef formations. These areas are also known for the high probability of encountering turtles.
Day 2 -
Speedboat diving in Abu Dhabi

The next leg of your adventure takes you by speedboat to Abu Dabab, one of the most diverse diving areas in the region. Renowned for its coral canyons, reef structures, and sandy expanses, this site frequently offers encounters with turtles, rays, and, occasionally, small reef sharks.

Another day of shore dives allows you to continue exploring the reef ecosystem at a leisurely pace. These dives are ideal for spotting small marine life and admiring the underwater landscapes, with, once again, the chance to encounter turtles along the reef.

In search of the Dugong

One of the most exhilarating days of your trip takes you by speedboat to areas renowned for dugong sightings. Along the sandy seagrass beds, you may have the chance to encounter these rare and peaceful marine mammals, often accompanied by turtles that come to feed in the same habitat.

Days 13 to 14
Accommodation
Stay by the water in our modern residential complex of 56 charming chalets. You can enjoy two swimming pools—one for adults and one for children—perfect for relaxing after a day of diving. Each spacious chalet has two bedrooms, is fully furnished, and features a kitchen, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. To make your stay even more enjoyable, housekeeping and room service are available at any time.
Access
The exact time of your visit to the dive center may vary depending on your arrival time at your accommodation on the first day. We would be happy to arrange a personalized schedule for you so that your arrival, transfer, and check-in at the dive center fit perfectly into your travel itinerary.
Return transfers between your accommodation and the dive center are always included. This allows us to organize your stay at the center flexibly and stress-free, adapting it to your arrival time and daily schedule.
Go to the starting point
Free parking is available directly in front of the dive base. As guests are transferred from their accommodation to the dive base, parking is mainly relevant for guests with their own vehicle, and ample space is available right on site.
Marsa Alam International Airport is a small airport located about 45 minutes from the dive base. Airport pickup is included.

For connecting flights operated by different airlines, also check the formalities for countries you transit through.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are compliant, in particular regarding the validity of your identity documents (for example, some countries require your passport to still be valid 6 months after your return) , visa requirements, necessary vaccinations and health recommendations. And don't forget to take into account customs restrictions and other obligations of the destination or transit country.
