- Day 2: First immersion – Baptism & initiation
Welcome to the dive center and introduction to the equipment. First dive in open water to a depth of 6m , with exercises to improve your comfort underwater. The afternoon is free to relax or explore the surrounding area.
- Day 3: Second dive – Basic techniques
We'll head to 12 meters to work on stabilization and breathing control. A theory lesson will cover buoyancy and safety rules before another underwater exploration. Free time in the afternoon.
- Day 4: Third dive – Progression
Another descent to 18m to get used to the depth. You'll refine your orientation and air management while observing marine flora and fauna. The afternoon is dedicated to relaxation.
- Day 5: Fourth dive – Certification preparation
Dive to a depth of 18-20m to review safety techniques and enhance your autonomy . Communication exercises with your buddy before a free afternoon.
- Day 6: Fifth dive & Level 1 validation
Final assessment dive at an exceptional site. Once skills have been validated, Level 1 certification will be awarded, along with advice for continued progress. Free afternoon.
- Day 7: Free time to explore Guadeloupe
Take advantage of this day to go snorkeling , explore Les Saintes or relax on the beaches of Malendure and Grande Anse .
