Everyone can participate in this trip. The supervision, program, or group will be tailored to each person's level.
The expert's opinion
Unlike France, Spain has levels ranging from 1 to 7. To participate in our padel courses, you must already be initiated = have a minimum Spanish playing level of 2.
- 1. Beginner : I have just started, I have no experience in racket sports.
- 2. Copper : I sometimes go up to the net but I don't really know how to play with the walls and I make a lot of mistakes.
- 3. Bronze: I come to the net and sometimes manage to play with the walls, but I am very inconsistent in the game.
- 4. Silver: I control the direction of the ball and am able to play with both walls.
- 5. Gold: I control the speed of the ball, I vary my playing style, the spin and the playing tactics.
- 6. Regional: I have a ranking equivalent to the top 200 in my country, I master all the moves.
- 7. National: I have a level equivalent to the top 20 in my country and I have already played on the professional circuit.

Expert coaches will be assigned to you to precisely tailor the content of each session to your objectives. We carefully select local playing partners to challenge you during your matches and allow you to practically apply the skills worked on with your coach. You can choose a setup of 1 to 3 players per coach, depending on the program selected. On-site, a team of 8 French-speaking coordinators , available 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm, will ensure the smooth running of your training camp and answer all your questions. You will also have the opportunity to analyze your performance through video clips that will be sent to you daily. A WhatsApp group will be created with our team 10 days before your arrival to best prepare for your stay!

Depending on your arrival day of the week, you will have an initial 2-hour session of either classes or matches.
You will have the pleasure of receiving initial technical advice from our Spanish coaches or challenging the Spanish on their favorite playing field.
The program will be reconfirmed to you prior to your arrival through the creation of a Whatsapp group 15 days before your arrival.
Day 1 -

You will benefit from two sessions per day:
- 2 hours of matches with local players: morning or evening (depending on your personalized schedule). You will participate in matches against our local players in one of our indoor complexes, located near your accommodation (between 2 and 5 km by bike, using the bike provided).
- 2-hour training session with our experts: between 8 am and 3 pm, you can go to our main outdoor complex by the sea (between 2 and 5 km by bike, using the bikes provided). There, you will have your training session with a private coach. This coach is an experienced Spanish trainer, bilingual in English and/or French.

You will enjoy 1.5 hours of matches and classes between 8am and 4pm to conclude your internship in style.
The end of the course is scheduled for around 2pm, but we will of course adapt to your departure times so that everything runs smoothly.
It is possible that the room will need to be vacated before 12pm.
