    You can arrive at your leisure by the means of transport of your choice, and check in at the Hotel de l'Esterel*** from 4pm.


    Your coach Maxime will be waiting for you at the Ultra Cap Esterel club (just a 5-minute walk from the hotel) at 4:30 pm for a briefing about the stay and to give you your first training session from 5 pm to 7 pm.


    Training times may be adjusted depending on your arrival time in Saint-Raphaël.
