The best of South Africa: Cape Town, Garden Route and Kruger

After breakfast, start your day in the best possible way: an e-bike tour through Cape Town's must-see sights. Pedal at your own pace through the colorful streets of Bo-Kaap , immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city center, then follow the stunning Atlantic coast to Camps Bay , where you can enjoy a relaxing break overlooking the ocean.

In the afternoon, head to the Waterfront , Cape Town's iconic district, for a stroll among shops, cafes, a local market, and a lively atmosphere by the water. A day rich in contrasts, between culture, landscapes, and the South African way of life.

Prepare for an exceptional day starting at 8:30 am, with departure from the hotel towards Muizenberg and Simon's Town. This immersive activity will take you to meet incredible local wildlife, where you'll observe penguins, Cape fur seals, and other fascinating animals. Lunch will be served on the beautiful Boulders Beach with its penguins or at a beachfront restaurant. Afterward, head to the legendary Cape of Good Hope, where a one-hour hike will lead you through the magnificent landscapes of this iconic location. The return journey is via the spectacular Chapman's Peak Drive, a truly breathtaking experience. Your exceptional day concludes around 7:00 pm, leaving you with extraordinary memories.

We set off for Oudtshoorn , our first stop on the legendary Garden Route , crossing the iconic Route 62 , known for its breathtaking scenery and picturesque towns. After checking into our new hotel, we head towards one of the country's natural wonders: the Cango Caves . This spectacular site, formed over millennia, invites us to explore its incredible stalactite and stalagmite formations, plunging us into a fascinating subterranean world. For thrill-seekers, an " adventure" option is available. Choose the "adventure" route, which offers a unique immersion into the speleological world of the caves.

At the end of the day, return to our accommodation for an authentic dinner at a local farm, in the region world-renowned for its ostriches . A convivial moment, combining traditions and local flavors.

After a delicious breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the ostrich farm located on the grounds of your accommodation. Enjoy a tour of the various animals, a perfect preview of the safari experience that awaits you in Kruger. Then, head out into the Wilderness on a scenic drive full of memorable viewpoints. or we will stop before our check-in at our new accommodation.

In the afternoon, let yourself be swept away by adventure with a kayaking session on the Kaaimans River , surrounded by wild and breathtaking scenery. Paddle along this river and discover a beautiful surprise at the end of the journey. A day combining exploration, mountains, ocean, river, wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and waterfalls.

Stroll along the beach at the end of the day and let yourself be amazed by the sunset on a wild and unspoiled beach, in the idyllic setting of Wilderness.

We leave Wilderness and head towards Plettenberg Bay along the Garden Route, with a photo stop at the stunning Knysna Heads . Late morning, set off on a hike on the Robberg Nature Reserve peninsula , between cliffs, beaches, and breathtaking ocean views.

In the afternoon, head to the lush Tsitsikamma forest for a canopy tour by zipline , an unforgettable aerial adventure in the heart of the jungle and its spectacular gorges. A day combining exploration, scenery, and adrenaline!

This morning, embark on a final immersion in the heart of Tsitsikamma Park with the superb Storms River Mouth Trail . This iconic coastal path guides you through lush forest, suspension bridges, and cliffs plunging into the Indian Ocean.

We then head to George Airport where an unusual stop awaits: the world's highest bungee jump , from the Bloukrans Bridge. Keep an eye out for the brave souls... or give in to the ultimate thrill of freefall (Optional, at an extra cost — we'll take the time to ensure you can try the experience and tick this unforgettable adventure off your bucket list, if you're so inclined.)

Once you arrive at George Airport, you say goodbye to your guide and take your flight north to Johannesburg , where a driver will meet you at the airport and take you to your new hotel.

At 7:15 am, your driver will pick you up to take you to your lodge at the gates of Kruger , the largest national park in South Africa, renowned for offering one of the most beautiful safaris in the world .

You arrive late morning: settle in, relax, enjoy the pool… before experiencing your first sunset safari . A magical immersion in the African savannah, bathed in the golden light of evening, followed by a convivial dinner and a peaceful night in your 4-star accommodation in the heart of the bush.

Mpumalanga, "the region of the rising sun," is the ideal place to begin a safari in Kruger National Park . At dawn, before the heat sets in, your guide will take you to explore the richest areas of the park in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. This is the perfect time to spot predators.

After approximately 3 hours of safari, a breakfast break is planned to relax before setting off on another adventure. You will discover the park's diverse ecosystems, from rivers to plains and bushland.

Around midday, enjoy a lunch break at a rest camp (meal at your own expense) before resuming your safari. Return to your lodge around 3:30 pm to relax before a delicious dinner.

Today's itinerary takes you to discover the natural wonders of the Panorama Route . We depart at 8:00 AM for a 45-minute drive to the Northern Drakensberg mountain range. We will visit God's Window , a spectacular viewpoint at 1,000 meters altitude, offering breathtaking views all the way to Kruger National Park. Prepare for a beautiful walk through a rainforest.

Next, head to Bourke's Luck Potholes , impressive natural formations carved by water erosion. You can explore the suspension bridges and observe the waterfalls in this unique landscape.

We continue towards Blyde River Canyon , the third largest canyon in the world , a true natural masterpiece. From a viewpoint, you will also discover the Three Rondavels , iconic rock formations.

After a lunch break in Graskop , famous for its delicious pancakes, we will end the day by visiting Lisbon Falls , an impressive waterfall.

Return to the lodge in the late afternoon, where you can enjoy some relaxation before preparing for an early morning safari the following day.

An early morning departure towards Kruger for one last safari adventure. Your guide will focus on searching for animals we haven't yet encountered. Each safari is unique, thanks to the park's vast network of roads which allows us to explore new areas and observe even more animals.

After a short breakfast break, we continue exploring and return to the lodge around 12pm. This is an opportunity to say goodbye to your guide and freshen up before heading back to Johannesburg .

The transport will pick you up at 12:30 for a return to OR Tambo International Airport with an arrival between 17:00 and 18:00.
