Upon your arrival, our coaches will assess your level, goals, and expectations to create a customized program. The content of the sessions, the intensity of the training, and the technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects are tailored to each player to guarantee optimal progress in a motivating and friendly environment.

Expert coaches will be assigned to you to precisely tailor the content of each session to your objectives. We carefully select local playing partners to challenge you during your matches and allow you to practically apply the skills learned with your coach. You can choose a setup of 1 to 3 players per coach, depending on the program selected. On-site, a team of 8 French-speaking coordinators, available 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm, will ensure the smooth running of your training camp and answer all your questions. You will also have the opportunity to analyze your performance through video clips that will be sent to you daily. A WhatsApp group will be created with our team 10 days before your arrival to best prepare for your stay.

We will carefully select your accommodation, classified between 2* and 4* depending on the season and availability, close to the club.
You will be expected around 12pm at our local agency, located at the following address: Avenida de Castelldefels 58, 08860 Castelldefels, Barcelona.
However, we would like to remind you that we can adapt to your arrival time: 12pm is just a simple recommendation.
Depending on your arrival day of the week, you will have an initial 2-hour session of either lessons or matches.
You will have the pleasure of receiving initial technical advice from our Spanish coaches or challenging the Spanish on their favorite playing field.

For this second day, you will benefit from two sessions:
- Around 11am: 2 hours of private coaching , led by an experienced Spanish coach, bilingual in English and/or French.
- Around 2pm: 2 hours of matches against local players to put your technical work into practice in dynamic confrontations.

You will have 2 hours of matches or classes between 8am and 1pm to finish your internship in style.
