    We'll meet around 10:00 AM at Lac du Salagou to load the bikes and luggage. A one-hour drive will take us to Millau, the starting point of our tour. After lunch, you'll hop on your bikes for the first leg, a 60km ride through the rolling landscapes of the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park. A great warm-up ride through plateaus, gorges, and charming villages, all the way to Saint-Affrique, where you'll spend the night in a Logis hotel (or equivalent).
