Located near La Rochelle and open all year round, the Philovent school was created in 2007 and has already trained more than 5,000 enthusiasts.
Emmanuel and Romain welcome you to this superb school for your stay and will provide guidance throughout the entire experience. Thanks to their expertise and knowledge of the area, they will accompany you in a friendly and safe environment so you can fully enjoy the activity.
An ideal setting to enjoy a unique experience near the ocean and share a special moment around this sport.

A kitesurfing instructor since 2001, holding both the French State Professional Kitesurfing Instructor Certificate and the French State Sailing Instructor Certificate since 1999, he brings his experience and passion to his students. 3 p.m. – Meet at the port of La Rochelle
Welcome to the Tribord center to kick off the adventure!
3–4 p.m.: Exclusive immersion at Tribord
Go behind the scenes at this leading watersports brand! Discover the inner workings of the industry, the product design process, and the exciting world of the people who imagine, test, and develop the equipment of tomorrow. An inspiring experience at the heart of innovation.
4–5 p.m.: Heading to the campsite on the island of Rée
Shuttle transfer (free) or taxi transfer as an option, according to your preference.
5 p.m.: Installation
Arrival at the campsite, settling in and the start of the stay in a friendly atmosphere.
Day 1 -
Kiteboarding, energy and freedom on the island

A complete breakfast to fuel up and start the day right.
After just a 5-minute walk, you'll reach the kitesurfing spot for a 2.5-hour lesson on the water, at a time slot adapted to the wind conditions. Thrills guaranteed!
The rest of the day is free to enjoy the island at your own pace, with the option to rent bicycles for an additional fee to explore.
Days 2 to 3 -
One last session to finish in style!

A convivial breakfast to savor the last moments together before setting off on one last adventure.
A 5-minute walk to the spot for 2.5 hours of kitesurfing, timed according to the wind. A final session to enjoy the sensations, the sound of the waves, and the energy of the group.
Debriefing with the instructor to review progress and the best moments of the stay.
Back at the campsite, packing up… and already a little pang of sadness leaving the island, with images filling my head and the desire to return very soon.
Day 4
Note
The session schedule is determined by the weather conditions; therefore, time slots are flexible throughout the weekend and are not fixed at predetermined times. If there is insufficient wind to allow kitesurfing, a towed board activity behind a boat will be offered as an alternative.
