    Vayrac - St-Sozy: Level 1, 18km, approximately 3h30 to 4h at a family pace


    A beautiful descent between the limestone cliffs of the Quercy region, passing at the foot of Mirandol Castle and the Copeyre viewpoint. You can also visit Gluges and its church, whose stained-glass window restoration was financed by Édith Piaf, who loved to come here to recharge. A stop is possible in Montvalent to see the resurgence of the underground river from the Padirac Cave (10-minute walk). You will also have the opportunity to stop in Creysse , a typical village of the Lot region.
