On the outskirts of Rennes , just 10 minutes from the train station and the airport, this equestrian weekend, accessible by public transport, invites you to experience an authentic encounter with the horse and the pony , individually, as a couple or as a family.
Inspired by ethology , the sessions (for ages 8 and up) offer an immersion into the world of the horse: understanding its behavior , deciphering its communication , and perceiving its emotions and sensitivities . Here, it's not just about riding, but about recognizing the horse as a being in its own right, in order to develop a relationship based on trust , respect , and kindness .
Alongside the horse and then on its back , you learn to read its posture, adjust your attitude, and refine your body language. This approach fosters greater safety , clearer communication, and a deeper connection than in traditional riding.

Today, as the manager of the equestrian center, she holds numerous agricultural and equestrian diplomas, as well as qualifications in supervision, teaching, and specialization (guide, instructor, equine-disabled person, equine-social worker, horse farm manager, etc.).
She loves sharing her passion and will be able to create a climate of trust and a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

Julie has been passionate about horses since childhood. Today, she is a riding instructor and stable manager. She is THE horse nanny, she looks after them, and is the key contact for riders wishing to deepen their knowledge or discover riding and horses from a different perspective.

We welcome you with coffee and a snack to get to know each other. We present the weekend program and the different session formats, then discuss your experience, expectations, and relationship with horses.
The first immersion with the horses and ponies begins gently. You take the time to observe the animals freely within the herd. You learn to decipher their body language, attitudes, and interactions. This approach allows you to better understand how the horse perceives its environment, thinks, and learns. You then choose the one that inspires you to create an initial bond and begin interacting alongside it, in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. This session is also an opportunity to revisit certain preconceived notions in light of current knowledge about equine behavior.
Lunch, which is included, is served on site.
In the afternoon, the second session applies these lessons to horseback riding. You explore a more mindful approach, focused on lightness, fluidity and precision, adapted to your level.
At the end of the day, you settle into your rooms before sharing an aperitif, some time to chat and dinner.

You start the day with breakfast served at the guest rooms.
Late in the morning, you'll meet up with your equine partner from the previous day to continue the experience. This new session is part of the customized program you've developed together: advanced training in your chosen discipline, groundwork, specific exercises, or a horseback ride, depending on your preferences and goals. You'll deepen the relationship you established the day before and refine your understanding of your equine partner.
Lunch, prepared by a caterer, is served at the equestrian center. This convivial moment allows you to share your feelings and what you learned over the weekend.
The afternoon marks your final moments with your horse or pony. For this last session, you choose the experience that suits you best from the suggestions offered by your riding coach. The goal is to conclude your stay in a way that reflects your progress and the sensations you wish to explore further.
The stay ends in the mid-afternoon, after these last moments shared with your equine partner.
