    Your immersion begins at 10:00 AM with a comprehensive introduction to the world of polo. You'll start by learning the theory of this traditional sport before moving on to practical techniques. The first exercises focus on mallet handling, initially on a wooden horse to refine your technique with stability. You'll conclude the morning with your first one-hour session on horseback to put your newly acquired skills into practice.

    At noon, you'll share lunch with your instructor, a valuable opportunity to discuss the culture of this sport. Training resumes at 2 p.m. with another intensive session. You'll alternate between technical precision on the ground and a second hour of riding to improve your confidence and fluidity. Your day concludes between 4 and 5 p.m. with a debriefing on the rules of polo, essential for understanding strategy and safety on the field.
