Originally from Alsace, I discovered horseback riding at the age of six thanks to a friend. It was the beginning of a beautiful love affair with horses. After moving to Erquy, I joined the Les Cognets Equestrian Center, where I started helping out and giving my first lessons. These enriching experiences allowed me to participate in numerous competitions, culminating in the French Championships. After a brief career as an accountant, I decided to return to my true passion. By validating my ethological knowledge, my ATE (Equestrian Tourism Instructor) certification, and my BPJEPS (Professional Certificate in Youth, Popular Education and Sport), I followed my calling to become an instructor. Today, I share my knowledge and passion with kindness and care, whether through clinics or trail rides.

Upon your arrival, the team will welcome you with a friendly coffee , giving you the opportunity to discover your accommodation and get to know the other participants.
Once settled in, set off to explore the equestrian center and its surroundings. You will meet your horse for the day and learn to understand its language before an introduction to the basics of riding, first on foot, then in the saddle.
At the end of the day, enjoy some free time : a walk to the beach (30 min walk), relaxation in the yurt village or a gourmet break.
The day ends with dinner under the stars , in the unique atmosphere of the equestrian center.

The day begins with a local breakfast , an opportunity to savor local produce before meeting your horse at 9:30 am. The morning alternates between groundwork in natural terrain and a ride to the Sables d'Or lagoon , an immersion in the heart of a preserved landscape.
At midday , a friendly lunch provides an opportunity to chat with the team and prepare for the afternoon. Afterwards, a more technical riding session takes place, focusing on listening, balance, and harmony with your horse.
From 4:30 pm , enjoy some free time : a walk, relaxation or even an optional equine-coaching session to deepen your connection with the horse.
The day ends with a shared dinner in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
Day 2 -
Last gallops and equestrian memories

The day begins with a muscle-building session , followed by a delicious breakfast featuring local flavors. The perfect preparation for a morning full of sensations!
Those who wish can take their theory test for the Galop exam , before trying their first Galops and an introduction to show jumping . A final challenge on horseback to end in style.
At midday , a friendly lunch provides an opportunity to discuss progress and highlights of the trip. Then, in the afternoon, set off for a final ride along the coast , skirting the Emerald Coast and Cap d'Erquy . An unforgettable moment amidst cliffs and fresh air.
Back at the center, take a moment to thank and care for your horse before the diploma presentation and a final chat with the group. A wonderful adventure comes to an end, with memories to cherish for a long time.
