In the morning, depart for the eastern desert to visit the desert castles : built during the reign of the Umayyad dynasty, their purpose remains a great mystery to this day. You can try to unravel it by visiting three of them: Qasr Al-Kharrana (or Al-Kharaneh), Qasr Amra , and Qasr Al-Azaraq . Return to Amman and visit the Jabal al-Qala citadel; this is the first place to go, if only for the panoramic view of the city, its hills, and its countless mosques. Then visit the Old City with its Roman theater dating from the 2nd century. Visit Souk el-Khodra , a traditional market in the city center near the Al Husseini Mosque. Dinner at the Tawaheen Alhoa restaurant , a restored former caravanserai that has become a meeting place for Jordanian families, and overnight stay in a hotel in Amman.

Before returning to Amman, enjoy lunch with the Druze community and experience an authentic meal together. This experience will allow you to discover the customs of this small community and learn about their history and way of life.

Breakfast at the hotel, then departure for Jerash , a famous Roman site in northern Jordan. There, you'll discover Hadrian's Arch, the Hippodrome, the Temple of Zeus, the ancient theater, the forum, and the main street adorned with 200 columns (Cardo Maximus). The tour also includes several Byzantine churches and temples, the Roman market (Macellum), the Nymphaeum, and the Temple of Artemis. To the north, the Tetrapylon marks the end of the site visit. Next, head to the Ajloun Fortress (Qal'at Ar-Rabad), an example of Islamic architecture built in the 12th century. Then, drive to Umm Qais (Gadara), an ancient Greco-Roman city perched on a hill overlooking the Jordan Valley and the Sea of ​​Galilee. Return to Amman for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

In the afternoon, we'll return to Amman where you can discover the local culture through street art. Walking down Rainbow Street towards the old city, we'll explore the lively streets, sample seasonal produce from the market, and savor authentic local cuisine as we hop from restaurant to restaurant.

After breakfast, depart for the King's Highway with a visit to the ancient UNESCO World Heritage Site of Umm Ar-Rasas , famous for its churches and mosaics. Next, head to the Ma'in hot springs for lunch and a swim in the thermal waterfalls. Continue to Mount Nebo , offering panoramic views of the Holy Land and home to the Moses Memorial. Then, visit Madaba , renowned for its Byzantine mosaics, including the famous mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land. This special time will be an opportunity to discuss local customs, listen to everyday stories, and share a convivial dinner, a true testament to Madaba's hospitality.

After a leisurely breakfast, we take the King's Highway to Wadi Ibn Hamad . We embark on a 3-hour walk, wading through warm waters surrounded by hanging gardens and small waterfalls. Next, we visit Kerak Castle , a 12th-century Crusader fortress. We then travel to Dana for dinner and overnight stay. The day is accompanied by a French-speaking driver.

The Bani Hamida Women's Weaving Project, supported by the Jordan River Foundation, helps and provides employment for women in the region who produce rugs sold throughout Jordan. The project has enabled more than 70 women to achieve financial independence through training and the regular sale of their rugs. (It's a true community-based initiative.)

After breakfast, you will depart with your Bedouin guide for the Al Ghouir Canyon . The hike will begin in Al Mansoura, at an altitude of 1,100 meters. From there, you will descend to the spectacular Al Ghouir Canyon, where you can admire the impressive gorges carved into the high pink sandstone cliffs. You will also discover the Dana Nature Reserve, which covers approximately 308 square kilometers and is home to numerous natural treasures. This reserve encompasses two main geographical areas and four distinct vegetation types, offering a remarkable diversity of landscapes: wooded highlands, rocky slopes, plains, and dunes. At the end of the day, you will travel by 4x4 (pickup truck) to visit Little Petra , a miniature version of the famous "Rose City" of Petra. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Petra.

A full day dedicated to discovering the "rose-red city" of Petra , an exceptional site built 2,600 years ago by the Nabataeans, who carved monumental tombs, staircases, palaces, and temples into the red and pink rock. Located at the mouth of the Wadi Musa gorge (the Siq) , this city is one of the jewels of the Near East. The program includes a visit to the site, including the Treasury ( the Khazneh ), the theater, the royal tombs, the High Place of Sacrifice, the lower city, and more. You will board a 4x4 vehicle to reach the starting point of the trail leading to the Monastery (then begin your walk, approximately 40 minutes). The tour will continue with a visit to the Monastery , followed by a descent to the Lower Town to explore the Byzantine Church and the Urn Tomb . In the morning, we'll drive to Wadi Rum. Upon arrival in the desert, you'll be greeted by your Bedouin guide and set off on foot. You'll discover the local culture and spectacular landscapes. The first hike leads to the " Seven Pillars of Wisdom ," then through the Umm Karass Valley and the Khourj Umm Ishrine Canyon, with a picnic lunch break. Afterwards, we'll visit Lawrence of Arabia's house and explore the red dunes. At the end of the day, we'll transfer by 4x4 to a secluded Bedouin camp for a convivial evening, traditional dinner, and overnight stay in a tent.

Gradually, the landscape transforms, giving way to the spectacular Wadi Sabet canyon. Here, the feeling of leaving the world behind and escaping into nature is striking. After lunch, we continue our journey through the southern part of the Wadi Rum desert, renowned for its breathtaking scenery. Our ascent into the air, just minutes after sunrise, offers us a new panorama of the vast expanse of the Wadi, which unfolds before us! Balloon flights generally last between 45 minutes and 1 hour. After breakfast, transfer to Wadi Hasa for a hike through a spectacular canyon, alternating between walking and swimming amidst pristine natural scenery.
