LAKE AUDE - MONT LLARET: (13km, elevation gain: +470m) Upon arrival at Lake Aude, the atmosphere of the place will captivate you. The Aude River rises nearby and flows into the Aude department.
BALMETTE POND - LES IGLESIETTES: (13.5km, elevation gain: +500m) The remains of the hamlet of Balcère, known as "Les Iglesiettes," are worth a visit for their historical value as well as for the surrounding pastures. Ascent to the summer pastures at the foot of the Grand Péric.
LES BOUILLOUSES - CARLIT LAKES: (12km, elevation gain: +350 to 600m) Hike on the classified site of Les Bouillouses, a dozen high mountain lakes, all different, with the highest peak of the Eastern Pyrenees, LE PIC DU CARLIT, as a backdrop.
LES CAMPORELLS: (10km, elevation gain: +450m) A superb high-mountain hike in a less touristy, protected area. The hidden trails you'll follow will reveal the mountains in their purest form and their exceptional beauty.
THE VALLEY OF FLOWERS: (14km, elevation gain: +420 to 700m) The Eyne Valley allows you to explore the mountains while observing rare or endemic flora of the Pyrenees. Also rich in fauna, you might spot marmots, chamois, vultures, or mouflon.
