    Your adventure begins in the hamlet of Héas, near the village of Gèdre. After lunch, you'll start your ascent into the Touyères Valley. Along the way, you might spot marmots and chamois, and discover the rich mountain flora. The hike continues to the summer pastures where herds graze peacefully. Enjoy the idyllic setting with the imposing peaks of the Troumouse cirque as a backdrop. The day ends at the Cabane des Aires, where you'll set up camp. The breathtaking view of the sunset to the west will make this evening an unforgettable memory!
