Every morning from 9 am to 1 pm, explore the mountain trails accompanied by experienced guides – registration takes place the day before at your hotel reception. Hello, Here is my feedback regarding your services: - No coordination whatsoever for organizing the hikes. We had to meet the guide half an hour from the hotel with no parking available, then drive another 20-30 minutes to the starting point (2 out of 3 hikes). Not even the guide's phone number in case of emergency… - Carpooling was impossible as no one was staying at the same hotel, making it even harder to connect with others. - No choice of hikes with the guide; it was either that hike or none at all. - The hotel was far from everything (not ideal for a solo traveler), admittedly clean but outdated and very noisy. Only retirees and families… what a sporty atmosphere! Attached is a picture of the view from my room! In short, I chose Decathlon for its sporty and friendly atmosphere. Instead, I found myself surrounded only by families and retirees! At least one positive point: the guide was very good. It goes without saying that I would not recommend Decathlon to anyone; quite the opposite. You didn't do a very thorough job of assessing my needs… I'm very disappointed 😢
