Cenote training outings take place in small groups of no more than four people per instructor, ensuring personalized attention and a high-quality experience. These full-day excursions include a stretching session to prepare your body, a detailed introduction to the cenote to appreciate its unique features, and a two- to three-hour session in the water.


Our training emphasizes "free immersion" and "constant weight" techniques, while still allowing you time to appreciate the unique beauty of the cenotes. To enrich your experience, we change locations daily, enabling you to discover several cenotes during your stay.
