In a few words

During these three days of training, you won't see much daylight , and that's precisely the point! You'll discover the world of caving in its entirety , with an introduction to rope techniques and belaying systems to move safely underground and progress towards independence. This introduction will present horizontal caving , the fundamental form of caving, guiding you through narrow passages and chimneys, as well as the exploration of wide caverns. Furthermore, it will introduce you to vertical caving, which involves climbing or descending shafts and vertical caves to explore the depths! The last day of the training will be dedicated to rock climbing and will focus on refining your skills.

    The aim of this day is to prepare you. The horizontal approach allows you to experience the initial sensations, recognize the characteristics of a cave, and understand the principles of movement.

    The cliff section allows you to assess your comfort level on the rock and discover the first rope maneuvers.
