During my travels, I learned how to use a map and compass. That's going to be useful now because before, I had no sense of direction. I also did a lot of hiking with a large backpack, and luckily, I really enjoy sports. It was difficult at first, but I managed. But what I enjoyed most was learning how to build a shelter with a short rope and a large tarp, not to mention how to make a fire with a firesteel. I love adventure, and I enjoyed this experience immensely.
