    12:00 PM: Welcome and team introductions, followed by a roundtable discussion of expectations. Then, departure for a short hike with workshops on survival, kit preparation, and fire starting with a firesteel for the first day, including a module on foraging for the evening meal.

    Early arrival at the bivouac site in the afternoon to set up camp. For the first night, application of thermal regulation principles with a communal shelter optimized for sleeping without sleeping bags.

    From preparing the sleeping area to stacking firewood for the night, the afternoon will be busy. The evening will be a convivial gathering around the campfire, with informal discussions with the leader and a review of the day's activities.

Note

Meals will be very simple and consist of what we forage for that day. The goal is to experience self-sufficiency in nature as closely as possible. We will, however, suggest that you bring some food in your lunch bag.

The program is subject to change depending on the season and the weather; the order of the workshops may be reversed for reasons of comfort and pedagogy.

The activity is maintained regardless of the weather, except in the event of a climatic event that jeopardizes the safety of the group.
