The La Clusaz ski area comprises five interconnected massifs, each with its own unique character: Beauregard, Manigod, l'Etale, l'Aiguille, and Balme. Before setting off, a good level of physical fitness is recommended. Wearing a helmet is strongly advised, as are back protectors for snowboarders. Equipment (skis, bindings, boots) must be properly adjusted and suited to the skier's skill level.
