Nestled in a pristine setting at an altitude of 1,200 meters, the Untermathon Hof farm offers a peaceful retreat just 1 km from the village of Vöran . This welcoming establishment serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the Meran 2000 ski area (17.5 km) and the cross-country skiing and tobogganing trails located 14.5 km away. Regular shuttle buses stop 1 km from the farm for easy access to the slopes.

Designed for your comfort, this accommodation features a library area, Wi-Fi access, a dedicated ski storage room , and private parking . To simplify logistics for families, baby equipment (cots and high chairs) is available free of charge upon request.

    Enjoy a stay in the heart of Avelengo at the Untermathon Hof Residence. Ideally located, close to the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

Note

You can buy farm products directly from the farm, such as milk, eggs, jam, etc. A visit to the barn is also possible upon request. • This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Location: The peaceful Untermathon Hof farm is located approximately 1 km from the center of Vöran, at an altitude of approximately 1,200 m. The center of Hafling, always an ideal destination for a day trip, is approximately 9 km away. Access to the ski area is via the "Meran 2000" ski lift, located approximately 17.5 km away. The cross-country ski trail network, located approximately 14.5 km away, offers numerous opportunities. You can also enjoy sports activities on the toboggan run located approximately 14.5 km from the farm. Ski shuttles stop approximately 1 km away. The nearest shops are approximately 1 km away. Amenities: The property offers Wi-Fi access, a library, and a breakfast room. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski room. Parking is available on site, subject to availability. High chairs and cribs are available upon request/subject to availability. Meals are not included. If you wish, you can take advantage of the on-site bakery service or reserve breakfast for an additional fee (upon request).

Via Merano/Meran train station (the nearest main station, approximately 20 km away):

  1. Route from Paris: TGV Lyria to Zurich or Milan, then connections (via Verona or Innsbruck/Brennero) to Merano station.
  2. To reach Vöran from Merano train station:
  3. Bus + Cable Car Option (fastest, ~45 min): Take SASA city bus no. 201 from the train station to the cable car valley station in Burgstall/Postal. Then take the Burgstall–Vöran cable car (Seilbahn Burgstall-Vöran - Line 226), which ascends directly to the village in 8 minutes. The fare is approximately €3 to €6 per person (included if you have the Südtirol Guest Pass ).
  4. Direct bus option (Line 204 / 225): take the Südtirolmobil bus line (towards Avelengo / Vöran). Journey time approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, ticket between €3 and €5.
  5. Taxi: allow approximately 20 minutes journey time for a fare between €35 and €55.
