Location: The "Valserhof" is a modern 4-star hotel located approximately 500 meters from the center of Vals. The center of Mühlbach im Pustertal is approximately 8.8 km away. The ski area is accessible via the "Schilling" ski lift, located 1 km away. Downhill skiers and snowboarders will find the nearest slope just 100 meters away. Brixen train station is approximately 21 km away. Amenities: The hotel features a reception area, a lobby, Wi-Fi access, a library, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, its own restaurant, its own bar, and a wine cellar. There is an outdoor terrace. You can store your ski equipment in the ski room. On-site parking, covered parking (at an additional cost), and an electric vehicle charging station (at an additional cost) are also available – subject to availability. Wellness The wellness area invites you to relax. Here you will find a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a jacuzzi, a hammam, and an infrared cabin. You can also unwind in the relaxation room equipped with waterbeds and suspended loungers, and refresh yourself in the refreshment area, which offers tea and water. A wellness bag containing a bathrobe and sauna towel is available upon request. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool. A heated outdoor pool is also available for guests. Massages are available for an additional fee. Children The children's playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for younger guests. High chairs and cots are available (upon request and subject to availability). Entertainment Guests can enjoy the fitness room. Hiking poles are available free of charge (subject to availability). Backpacks are provided for excursions. Dining: The Half Board PLUS package includes a generous buffet breakfast (7:30 am - 10:30 am). Lunch (3:00 pm - 5:00 pm) is also a buffet. In the evening, you will enjoy a choice of 5 courses including several types of salads. A gala dinner is offered once a week, sure to satisfy even the most discerning palates. For the enjoyment of its guests, the hotel organizes Italian evenings (once a week) and Tyrolean evenings (once a week). Upon request, the hotel offers dietary options including lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals.

From France (e.g., Paris): take a TGV/Inoui or Lyria train to Zurich or Innsbruck, then a connecting train to the Franzensfeste/Fortezza hub station. From there, a Südtirolmobil regional train will take you to Mühlbach in approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

To reach your accommodation from Mühlbach train station:

  1. By bus: The local bus line (Südtirolmobil no. 412) connects directly from Mühlbach station to the village of Vals (Valles) in about 15 to 20 minutes (tickets cost about €2.50 to €4).
  2. By taxi: Allow approximately 10 to 15 minutes journey time from the station depending on the exact location in the valley (approximately €25 to €40).
