Location: "Der Brunnerhof" is a family-run farmhouse located approximately 4 km from the center of Mühlbach, in the Spinges district. The ski area is accessible via the "Gitschbergbahn" ski lift, 12.7 km away. Sledding is available approximately 4 km away. The nearest shops are also approximately 4 km away. Amenities: The accommodation includes a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, and a bar. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room. On-site parking is available, subject to availability. Children: The children's playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for younger guests. There is also a playground. Cots are available (at an extra charge), and high chairs are included (upon request and subject to availability). Entertainment: The accommodation features a mini-farm. Take the Brixen-Pustertal / Bressanone-Val Pusteria exit, follow the SS49 road towards Rio di Pusteria, then the scenic drive up to Spinges.
  2. From Bolzano (nearest major Italian city, about 55 km, 45 minutes): Take the A22 motorway towards the Brenner (North), take the Brixen-Pustertal / Bressanone-Val Pusteria exit, then the SS49 towards Rio di Pusteria before heading up towards Spinges.
  3. From Innsbruck (nearest major Austrian city, about 80 km, 1 hour): Take the A13 (Brenner) motorway then the A22 in Italy to the Brixen-Pustertal exit, then follow the SS49 towards Rio di Pusteria / Spinges.
  4. Parking: Der Brunnerhof offers free private parking on-site for its guests. Free public parking is also available in the village of Spinges.
