    Enjoy a stay with a ski pass included in the heart of Siusi at the Mirabell Residence Hotel. Ideally located near the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

Please bring your own slippers to access the wellness area. • The free ski storage located at Alpe di Siusi (upper station) will be unavailable from December 25, 2026 to January 7, 2027 and from February 7 to 21, 2027. • Minimum age for access to the accommodation: 7 years old. • Overcrowding with babies is not permitted. • This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Location: The "Mirabell" accommodation is a comfortable 4-star hotel in a quiet location approximately 800 meters from the center of Seis am Schlern. The ski area is accessible via the "Seiser Alm Bahn" ski lift, located 2 km away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 2 km away. Sledding is also available approximately 2 km away. Ski buses stop approximately 300 meters from the hotel. Amenities: The accommodation includes a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a library, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, its own restaurant, its own bar, and a wine cellar. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room. A public ski storage area with boot dryers is also available. On-site parking and an electric vehicle charging station (at an additional cost) are also available – subject to availability. Wellness: The wellness area invites you to relax. Here you will find a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi, a hammam, and a solarium (at an additional cost). You can also unwind in the relaxation room. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool.
