Location: The "Obermühlhof" accommodation is a modern residence located approximately 1.7 km from the center of Maria Alm. The center of Saalfelden is approximately 4.2 km away. The ski area is accessible via the "Hinterreit" ski lift, located approximately 550 m away, or via the "Natrunbahn" ski lift, approximately 2.1 km away. Downhill skiers and snowboarders will find the nearest slope practically on the doorstep. Cross-country skiing is available approximately 2 km away. Sledding is also possible approximately 3.5 km away. Ski buses stop approximately 200 m from the apartment complex. Saalfelden train station is approximately 5.6 km away. The nearest shops are approximately 1.1 km away, and the nearest cafes and restaurants are approximately 1.3 km away. Amenities: The accommodation includes Wi-Fi. You can store your ski equipment in the ski room. On-site parking and an electric car charging station are also available (at an extra cost) – subject to availability. - By bus: Take regional bus line 620 (direction Maria Alm / Dienten) directly from the Saalfelden train station forecourt to the Saalfelden Almdorf stop. The journey takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes (ticket between €2.50 and €3.50 per person). From the bus stop, the Obermühlhof is about a 2-3 minute walk (approximately 200 meters).
- By taxi: Taxis are available outside the station. The journey takes approximately 7 to 10 minutes (expect to pay between €15 and €20).

- Nearest airport.
- Airlines: Accessible year-round with connecting flights via Lufthansa (via Frankfurt) or Austrian Airlines (via Vienna) from Paris-CDG, Lyon, or Nice. Direct seasonal flights (in winter) are also operated by EasyJet or Transavia , depending on the time of year.
- Public transport link: The direct regional bus line 260 connects Salzburg airport/train station to the center of Saalfelden.

- From Paris (approximately 9.5 to 10 hours drive - ~965 km): Take the A4 motorway towards Strasbourg, then enter Germany on the A8 motorway via Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, and Munich. Continue on the A8 towards Salzburg until the German exit Siegsdorf/Inzell (B306/B312) towards Lofer (Austria). Continue on the B311 national road to Saalfelden, then turn east onto the B164 road towards Maria Alm until you reach the hamlet of Almdorf (Almdorf 4).
- From Munich (approximately 2 to 2.25 hours by car - ~155 km): Take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg. Take the Siegsdorf/Inzell exit, follow the B306 and B312 via Lofer, then take the B311 to Saalfelden and the B164 to Almdorf. (Note: If you take the route via the federal roads B306/B312 via Lofer without using Austrian motorways, you do not need to purchase a vignette. However, winter equipment – snow tires or chains – is legally required in Austria from the beginning of November to mid-April in winter conditions.)
