Location: The modern Villa Austria Saalbach residence is located approximately 2.5 km from the center of Saalbach. The center of Hinterglemm is approximately 1.6 km away. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Reiterkogelbahn" ski lift, located approximately 1.5 km away, or via the "Schattberg X-press" ski lift, located approximately 2.1 km away. The cross-country ski trail network is approximately 5 km away. The nearest public transport stop is located directly outside the door.   2. By taxi: Taxi ranks are located outside Zell am See train station. The journey to Villa Austria takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes (expect to pay between €50 and €65).

Continue on the B311 to Maishofen, then follow the L111 ( Glemmtaler Landesstraße ) to number 330.
  2. From Munich (approximately 2 hours 15 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes driving time - ~175 km): Take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg. Take the Siegsdorf/Inzell exit, continue on the B306 and B312 to Lofer, then continue on the B311 to Maishofen, and finally take the L111 to the accommodation. (Please note: In Austria, a motorway vignette is mandatory for driving on motorways, and winter equipment – ​​snow tires or chains – is required by law from the beginning of November to mid-April).
