Location: The "Austria" accommodation is a modern 4-star hotel located approximately 2.5 km from the center of Saalbach, at an altitude of approximately 1,000 m above sea level. The center of Hinterglemm is approximately 1.6 km away. The ski area is accessible via the "Reiterkogelbahn" ski lift, located approximately 1.5 km away, or via the "Schattberg X-press" ski lift, approximately 2.1 km away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 5 km away. The nearest public transport is just a few meters away. The first shops are approximately 650 m away, and cafes and restaurants are located next to the accommodation. Amenities: This comfortable accommodation consists of a main building and an annex approximately 10 m apart.   1. By bus: Take the direct regional line 680 (Postbus) from Zell am See train station to the Hinterglemm Linzerhaus stop, located directly in front of the hotel (about 20 meters away). The journey takes approximately 35 to 40 minutes (tickets cost approximately €6 to €8 per person).
  2. By taxi: Taxis are available outside Zell am See train station. The journey to the hotel takes between 25 and 30 minutes (expect to pay between €50 and €65).

  1. Airlines: Accessible year-round with a stopover via Lufthansa (via Frankfurt) or Austrian Airlines (via Vienna) from Paris-CDG, Lyon, or Nice. Seasonal direct flights (particularly in winter) are operated by EasyJet and Transavia , depending on the time of year.

  1. From Paris (approximately 10 to 10.5 hours by car - ~985 km): Take the A4 motorway towards Strasbourg, cross the German border on the A8 motorway via Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, and Munich. Continue on the A8 towards Salzburg, then take the German exit towards Siegsdorf/Inzell (B306/B312) towards Lofer (Austria). Continue on the B311 to Maishofen, then take the L111 ( Glemmtaler Landesstraße ) to number 330, where the establishment is located.
  2. From Munich (approximately 2 hours 15 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes driving time - ~175 km): Take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg. Take the Siegsdorf/Inzell exit, follow the B306 then the B312 to Lofer, continue on the B311 to Maishofen, and finally take the L111 to the hotel. (Please note: In Austria, a motorway vignette is required to drive on the motorway network, and winter equipment – ​​snow tires or chains – is legally mandatory from the beginning of November to mid-April).
