Ideally situated for exploring the slopes of Kronplatz , this hotel offers seamless access to the Olang cable car (4 km) via its private shuttle.

After a day on the slopes of South Tyrol , leave your equipment in the ski room before accessing the expansive 500 m² wellness area . This haven of serenity features an indoor pool , sauna , bio-sauna , steam room , jacuzzi , and hydrotherapy circuit. A fitness room and massage services complete this offering dedicated to recovery.

Overnight stays take place in the annex located 300 meters away, in warm, fully equipped rooms with Wi-Fi and a safe.

    Enjoy a stay in the heart of Rasun at the Brötz Residence Hotel. Ideally located, close to the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

• Access to the wellness area is permitted from age 16. • For children up to and including age 7 (age at departure), no ski pass vouchers are issued. For each adult ski pass purchased, one child in the same age group traveling with them receives a free lift pass on site (ID required). If the number of children traveling with you is greater than the number of adults, a child's ski pass must be purchased on site. For more information, please ask at the lift ticket office. • For bookings of multi-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, guests cannot request an extra bed if there are not enough of them.

The 3-star Hotel Brötz, a family-run hotel, is located in the heart of the village of Niederrasen. The hotel's ski bus provides easy access to the Olang valley station, approximately 4 km away. This elegant hotel consists of a main building and an annex (located approximately 300 m away). The main building houses the reception (open from 6:00 am to midnight), an elevator, Wi-Fi, a TV lounge, a bar, a restaurant, a children's playroom, and a ski storage room. Free parking is available, subject to availability. The fitness room and wellness area of ​​approximately 500 m² (open from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm) with an indoor pool, sauna, bio sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy facilities, and relaxation room are free of charge. A solarium and massages are also available for an additional fee. Rooms: The warmly decorated rooms are located in the annex building and feature a shower/WC, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a hairdryer, and a minibar (at an additional cost). Dining: Half-board, included in the price, offers a varied buffet breakfast and a choice of four-course dinner with a salad and vegetable buffet. A festive meal is offered at Christmas, and a special New Year's Eve menu is available.

From the train station to the accommodation:

By bus: The regional bus line SAD 431 (Valdaora - Anterselva Valley) serves the station and goes up the entire Antholz valley via Niederrasen, Oberrasen, Antholz Niedertal, Antholz Mittertal and Antholz Obertal (allow between 5 and 25 minutes depending on your destination village, for a ticket of approximately €1.50 to €3.50).
  2. By taxi: The journey takes between 5 and 20 minutes from Olang station depending on the exact location of your accommodation in the valley (expect to pay between €15 and €40).
  3. On foot: Only the hamlet of Neunhäusern / Niederrasen closest to the station is accessible in 15-20 minutes on foot.
