By train

Access by train is via two main stations depending on your starting point.

  1. Arrival stations: * Veynes-Dévoluy station (25 km): This is the closest. It is served by TER regional trains from Marseille or by the direct Intercités night train from Paris-Austerlitz.
  2. Grenoble train station (80 km): For arrivals by TGV from Paris (approximately 3 hours journey).
  3. Connection between the train station and La Joue du Loup:
  4. From Veynes: Shuttle buses (Zou!) provide service in approximately 35 minutes (around €8 ). A taxi costs around €60 .
  5. From Grenoble: "Transisère" shuttles or regional buses make the journey to Corps or Veynes, but it is often simpler to use the white shuttles (in winter on Saturdays) or a taxi (expect to pay around €150 ).
