Designed for outdoor enthusiasts, the residence offers immediate access to Nordic activities with a cross-country ski network 100 meters away and a toboggan run 500 meters away. For getting around, the ski bus stop is just 200 meters from your door, while the nearest shops are within easy walking distance.

Location: The modern 4-star residence "Naturresidenz Theistadl" is located approximately 4 km from the center of St. Walburg, in the Kuppelwies district. Access to the ski area is via the "Schwemmalm" ski lift, located about 500 m away. Cross-country ski trails are available approximately 100 m away. You can also enjoy other sports on the toboggan run located approximately 500 m from the residence. Ski shuttles stop approximately 200 m away. The nearest shops are about 400 m away. Amenities: This comfortable accommodation features a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a library, a lounge, a breakfast room, and a bar. Ski storage is available for your winter sports equipment. Parking is available on site, subject to availability. Children: High chairs and cots are included (upon request/subject to availability). Meals: Meals are not included. Upon request and for an additional fee, you can enjoy the "Natürlich fit" breakfast buffet, featuring regional and organic products, as well as Ultner's original organic bread.

  2. By taxi or private transfer: The journey from Merano station to Kuppelwies takes approximately 35 to 40 minutes (expect to pay between €60 and €85).
