Location: The family-run, 3-star Parc Hotel Florian is located approximately 550 meters from the center of Seis. The ski area is accessible via the Seiser Alm Bahn lift, 1.3 km away. Ski buses stop approximately 50 meters from the hotel. Bolzano train station is about 24 km away. Amenities: The tastefully furnished accommodation includes a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, its own restaurant, and its own bar. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room. On-site parking and an electric vehicle charging station (at an additional cost) are also available – subject to availability. Wellness: The wellness area invites relaxation. Here you will find a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room, and an infrared cabin. Bathrobes and sauna towels are provided. Children: The children's playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for younger guests. High chairs and cots are available (upon request and subject to availability).   1. By local bus (Südtirolmobil): From Waidbruck or Bolzano train stations, bus line 170 goes directly to Kastelruth bus station. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes from Waidbruck and 40 minutes from Bolzano (expect to pay between €2 and €4 per person). Note: Many local accommodations provide the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge upon arrival, allowing free use of regional buses.
  2. By taxi: Allow approximately 15 minutes journey time from Waidbruck station (between €30 and €45) and approximately 25 to 30 minutes from Bolzano station (between €60 and €75).
