Location: The 3-star, family-run Hotel Menardi is located approximately 1.2 km from the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Ski lifts are about 400 m away, and the cross-country ski trail network is also about 400 m away. Ski shuttles stop right in front of the hotel. Amenities: This warm and traditional establishment consists of a main building and an annex, located approximately 30 m apart. The hotel offers a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a TV lounge, luggage storage, an elevator, a restaurant, and a bar. Ski and snowboard storage is available. On-site parking and covered parking (subject to availability) are available for an additional fee. Wellness: In the wellness area located in the annex building, access to which is included once per stay, you will find a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a hammam. Beauty treatments and massages are available for an additional fee. Children: Cots are available (upon request/subject to availability). Dining: Meals, offered when booking rooms, include a buffet breakfast. In the evening, a three-course menu is available. A Christmas meal is served, and a New Year's Eve menu is offered (additional charge, reduced rate for children).

Take a Trenitalia train to Calalzo di Cadore station (the closest in the south, about 35 km away) or Dobbiaco / Toblach station (in the north, about 30 km away).

To get to Cortina d'Ampezzo from the train station:

  1. From Calalzo di Cadore: Take the local Dolomiti Bus (Line 30) to the Cortina d'Ampezzo bus station (approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour journey, between €3 and €5 per ticket). By taxi, the journey takes approximately 35 to 40 minutes (between €50 and €70).
  2. From Dobbiaco: Take bus line 445 (SAD) to Cortina (approximately 45 minutes journey, approximately €5).
