Ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts, this modern residence provides quick access to the Watles and Haideralm ski areas , as well as the surrounding cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs.

After your outdoor activities, enjoy a rejuvenating break in a 1,500 m² wellness area . This space dedicated to recovery includes an infinity pool , a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a hammam, an infrared cabin and a panoramic relaxation room with views of the Alps.

Location: The modern 4-star Maraias Luxury Suites & Apartments is located approximately 500 meters from the center of Burgeis. The center of Mals is approximately 4 km away. Access to the ski area is via the "Waltles Sesselbahn" cable car, located approximately 7 km away, or via the "Haideralm" cable car, located approximately 8 km away. Additionally, the "Schöneben" cable car is approximately 13 km away. Cross-country ski trails are available approximately 9 km away. You can also enjoy tobogganing on the slope located approximately 9 km from the residence. Ski shuttles stop approximately 700 meters away. The nearest shops are approximately 400 meters away. Amenities: This comfortable accommodation consists of a main building and an annex, located approximately 50 meters apart. The property features Wi-Fi, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, a bar, and a wine cellar. Ski storage is available for your winter sports equipment. On-site parking and an electric vehicle charging station (at an additional cost) are available – subject to availability. The wellness area, covering approximately 1,500 m², invites you to relax. It includes a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a steam room, and an infrared cabin. You can also unwind in the panoramic relaxation room. The infinity pool offers a unique swimming experience. Massages are available at an additional cost. A bathrobe is available for rent. For bookings of 4 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount on massages. For 7 nights, this discount applies to stays from December 20, 2025 to January 9, 2027 and from February 25, 2026 to February 27, 2027 (valid per accommodation, more information available on site). Children: High chairs and cots are included (on request/subject to availability). Entertainment: The property offers sports activities, including a fitness room. Dining: The bed and breakfast package includes a buffet breakfast featuring regional products from our own farm. From January 6 to 25, 2027, an à la carte breakfast will replace the buffet. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian options are available upon request. Vegan dishes can also be prepared upon request.
