The elegant 4-star Hotel Baita Clementi is located in the center of Bormio. The ski area is approximately 800 meters away, and the ski bus stop is right next to the hotel. A shuttle service to the ski area is available upon request (see timetable on site). The hotel, in a typical Alpine style, features a reception (open from midnight to 11:59 PM), elevator, Wi-Fi (included), an à la carte restaurant, bar, TV lounge, terrace, and ski storage. Guests also have free access to the wellness area with a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The solarium and massages are available for an additional fee. Free parking spaces are available, as well as paid underground parking (subject to availability). The comfortable rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (extra charge), hairdryer, and safe (included). Meals: Half-board included in the trip price includes a welcome drink, a generous buffet breakfast, and a 3-course dinner. The special Christmas (December 25th) and New Year's Eve menus are also included in the evening meal service.

  1. By bus : Take the local bus (Perego Bus line, approximately 40 minutes journey, ticket around €4 to €5).
  2. By taxi : Allow approximately 35 to 40 minutes for the journey (between €50 and €70 depending on the season and time of day).

Airport transfer : The most convenient option is to rent a car. Direct shuttle buses ("Fly Ski Shuttle" or regional lines) also operate to Valtellina during the peak winter season. Alternatively, take the airport shuttle to Milano Centrale train station and catch the train to Tirano.

  1. From Paris (approximately 9.5 to 10 hours by road): take the A6 then the A40 towards Switzerland, cross towards the Chur region then take the Bernina pass (or go via Milan depending on the weather and the winter closure of the passes).
  2. From Milan (approximately 3 hours by road, ~200 km): take the SS36 road towards Lecco/Colico, then continue on the SS38 through Sondrio and Tirano to Bormio.
