Location: The "Rotlechhof" is a typical 4-star hotel located approximately 2.5 km from the center of Berwang, in the Rinnen district. The ski area is accessible via the "Rinnerlift" ski lift, located just a few meters away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 300 meters away. Ski buses stop directly in front of the hotel. Amenities: The tastefully furnished accommodation includes a reception area, Wi-Fi access, a lounge, an elevator, a breakfast room, its own restaurant, and its own bar. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room. On-site parking and an electric vehicle charging station (at an additional cost) are also available – subject to availability. Wellness: The approximately 550 m² wellness area invites relaxation. Here you will find a Finnish sauna, a steam room, an infrared cabin, and a sensory shower. You can also relax in the relaxation room equipped with waterbeds, and recharge in the refreshment area which offers tea and a juice bar. Massages are available for an additional fee. The children's playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for younger guests. High chairs and cots are available (upon request and subject to availability). Guests can also enjoy the fitness room.

Bichlbach-Berwang station (about 6 km away): this is the nearest station, located on the Zugspitze railway line (Ausserfernbahn).

From Bichlbach-Berwang train station, the journey to the hotel is as follows:

  1. By regional bus (VVT / Postbus line) : allow approximately 10 to 15 minutes journey time to the bus stop located very close to the establishment in Rinnen (allow between €3 and €5).
  2. By taxi : approximately 10 minutes drive (expect to pay between €15 and €25).

  1. Innsbruck Airport (INN, approximately 85 km away): the closest airport in Austria (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes transfer). Served from Paris (CDG/ORY) by Austrian Airlines , Lufthansa (with a stopover), and by Transavia France (direct seasonal flights).
  2. Memmingen/Allgäu Airport (FMM, Germany, approximately 85 km away): located about a 1-hour drive away. Served from France, notably by Ryanair .
Access by car
Travel to the place of stay with parking available
  1. From Paris (approximately 8 hours by car, ~770 km): take the A4 motorway towards Strasbourg, cross southern Germany via the A8 (Stuttgart/Ulm), then the A7 to Füssen. Cross the Austrian border via the B179 road through Reutte in Tirol, then take the L21 (Berwanger Straße) at Bichlbach to reach Rinnen. (Note: access from Germany via the B179 does not require an Austrian motorway vignette as long as you do not use any motorways in Austria).
  2. From Munich (approximately 1 hour 40 minutes drive, ~130 km): take the A95 motorway to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, then continue on the B23 / B187 via Lermoos and Bichlbach before joining the L21 towards Rinnen.
  3. From Innsbruck (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive, ~85 km): take the B171 or the A12, then follow the B189 and the B179 (Fernpassstraße) towards Bichlbach, before turning onto the L21 towards Berwang and Rinnen.
