Location: The "Wald Residence" is a comfortable apartment building located approximately 600 meters from the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The ski area is accessible via the "Maibrunnbahn" lift, approximately 750 meters away, or the "Kaiserburgbahn" lift, approximately 1.3 kilometers away. The "Therme St. Kathrein" thermal baths, located approximately 650 meters away, offer a haven of relaxation and well-being. Downhill skiers and snowboarders will find the nearest slope practically on the doorstep. Cross-country skiing is available approximately 900 meters away. Ski buses stop approximately 150 meters from the apartment complex. The nearest shops are approximately 350 meters away, and the first cafes and restaurants are approximately 650 meters away.   2. From Munich (approximately 3 hours drive, ~270 km): take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg, then the A10 to the Spittal/Millstätter See exit and the B88 to the station.
