Location: The "Residence Mariagrazia" is a cozy residence located approximately 1.7 km from the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The ski area is accessible via the "Kaiserburgbahn" ski lift, 400 m away. The nearby "Thermal Römerbad" thermal baths offer the perfect setting for relaxation and pampering. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 400 m away. The nearest shops are about 850 m away, and the first cafes and restaurants are about 150 m away. Amenities: The comfortably furnished accommodation includes Wi-Fi access.   2. From Villach (approximately 35 minutes - 30 km): Take the B98 directly connecting Villach to Bad Kleinkirchheim.
  3. From Klagenfurt (approximately 50 minutes - 55 km): Take the B95 then the B98 to Bad Kleinkirchheim.
