Among the problems are: Fuel – not filled by the previous skipper; Mainsail – defective top piece that needs replacing and prevents it from being fully deployed; Outboard motor – out of order most of the time; Defective shower head in the toilet: leaking. Showering in the toilet is impossible, and it smells bad; Water problem – no water available at the end of the trip even though the tanks were full; No towels – despite being listed as available on the website. Therefore, there are many malfunctions to report to Purple Rain, and no downtime between cruises to allow for repairs and ensure the boat is in optimal condition for subsequent charters. This is unacceptable, as we received a boat with numerous problems at the end of the summer. However, our skipper Félix was fantastic and knew how to handle all these challenges. So thank you to Félix.
